A highly skilled senior executive with an extensive background in banking and technology, Joe Iantosca brings strong leadership skills paired with a demonstrated ability to drive desired results to any organization.
With nearly 40 years combined experience in Information Technology (including Business Intelligence and Digital Strategy), M&A Integration, Project Management, Retail Banking, Bank Operations, Call Center, Marketing, and Information & Security, Joe possesses in-depth knowledge and proven leadership in Operations, Facilities Management/Real Estate Development and Marketing. As a leader in the use of matrix management strategies, he excels at effectively overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, Joe has worked as a C-suite executive at the EVP level of a regional bank with a staff of over 300, managing seven direct reports including C-level executives.
In 2019, Joe formed Tosca Associates to provide strategic development and management consulting services in the areas of technology and operations, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational structural analysis. His current clients include a multi-state regional banking institution and a healthcare services company. Joe also serves as a member of the Board and Senior Advisor to TetherView, a cloud services provider with a specific focus on anytime/anywhere workspace and data access in an environment that is highly secure end to end. He holds both CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Security Controls) and CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) certifications from ISACA, and formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for CentraState Healthcare System, as well as Chairman of the Board for the NJ Council of Economic Education.
From the first day I met Joe, he established himself as a pivotal leader of CentraState's Healthcare Foundation-currently Secretary/Treasurer of the CentraState Healthcare System's Board of Trustees. With his amazing "can do" leadership approach, he motivated hospital staff, board members, and his colleagues at OceanFirst Bank to support the Hospital's capital campaign. Always one to back up his word with action, he held a tremendously successful reception at his home for major gift prospects, and served a paramount role to establish CentraState's OceanFirst Rehabilitation Center.
I worked with Joe and for Joe on different occasions and positions. Joe is a great manager and pays attention to detail. Joe is very astute with business, technology and banking. He is one of the few leaders that I worked for that doesn’t make it feel like a job and makes you feel more like family.
