For more than 40 years, Joe Iantosca has helped financial institutions and
technology companies solve complex business challenges, lead transformational
change, and improve organizational performance. Combining executive leadership
experience with practical business insight, Joe partners with CEOs, executive teams,
and boards to turn strategic vision into measurable business results.
Throughout his career, Joe has led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning banking
operations, technology, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational
design, marketing, and facilities management. As Executive Vice President of a
regional financial institution, he directed organizations of more than 300 employees
while leading strategic initiatives that strengthened operations, improved efficiency,
and supported long-term growth.
In 2019, Joe founded Tosca Associates to provide executive advisory services to organizations navigating growth, transformation, mergers, operational improvement, and technology modernization. His approach is collaborative, pragmatic, and focused on delivering sustainable business results rather than theoretical recommendations.
Beyond his consulting practice, Joe serves as a Senior Advisor and Board Member for TetherView and as an Advisory Board member for EazyML and Vikar Technologies. His leadership roles include terms as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for CentraState Healthcare System and Chairman of the New Jersey Council on Economic Education, providing him with broad governance and board-level experience.
Joe holds the CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) and CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) certifications from ISACA, reflecting his expertise in governance, risk management, information security, and data privacy.
